Police say a 21-year-old woman was texting and driving when she ran a stop sign at the 700 block of SW 3rd Street. A car carrying four people struck the woman’s vehicle, sending it crashing into a home. The woman, who was ejected from the vehicle, was sent to the hospital along with five others.
The injured were treated and released after the accident but the question remains; who will be held responsible for the damages caused by this accident?
